David A. Zobrist has extensive work experience in project management, design, and architecture. David A. is currently the Owner/President of Z Projects | Project Management & Design, a position they have held since April 2003. In addition, they will be joining Dikita Enterprises, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer in November 2022. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Partner at Driemeier Pieper & Associates LLC from 2000 to 2003. David A. also served as the Project Management Group Vice President - Texas Region at Jones Lang LaSalle from 1998 to 2000 and as the Regional Project Manager - SW Region, USA at Wells Fargo Bank from 1990 to 1998. Before their corporate roles, they held the position of Department Head - Planning & Construction Services at Arizona State University from 1987 to 1989 and worked as a Project Architect at DAVIS (Alias Cornoyer-Hedrick) from 1984 to 1986.
David A. Zobrist, AIA, NCARB earned their Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1976 to 1981. David A. obtained various certifications throughout their career, including becoming a licensed Architect through the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners in March 1997. David A. also holds certifications from multiple state boards, including Florida, Oklahoma, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. In addition, they are a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and The American Institute of Architects (AIA), obtaining these memberships in 1996 and 1989, respectively.
