Farhad Tayyari Pe (David)

David Farhad Tayyari, PE, PMP has extensive work experience in various engineering and project management roles. "David" Farhad started their career at Fraser Engineering, Inc. as a Lead Engineer from 1990 to 1995. "David" Farhad then moved on to Needham Wright Engineers, Inc. where they worked as a Project Manager and Civil Engineer from 1995 to 2002. Following this, they joined Dikita Engineering Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Civil Engineer from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, they worked at PBS&J as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully achieved their PMP certification. Since 2009, David has been working at Dikita Enterprises, Inc. as a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager, responsible for managing and leading engineering projects, including the DART South Oak Cliff Extension 3 (SOC3) light rail design and construction. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President at Dikita Enterprises, Inc. Overall, David's experience showcases their expertise in project management and civil engineering in both public works and site development.

Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at Texas Tech University from 1987 to 1989.
