David Farhad Tayyari, PE, PMP has extensive work experience in various engineering and project management roles. "David" Farhad started their career at Fraser Engineering, Inc. as a Lead Engineer from 1990 to 1995. "David" Farhad then moved on to Needham Wright Engineers, Inc. where they worked as a Project Manager and Civil Engineer from 1995 to 2002. Following this, they joined Dikita Engineering Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Civil Engineer from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, they worked at PBS&J as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully achieved their PMP certification. Since 2009, David has been working at Dikita Enterprises, Inc. as a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager, responsible for managing and leading engineering projects, including the DART South Oak Cliff Extension 3 (SOC3) light rail design and construction.
