Stephanie Rodriquez

Stephanie Rodriquez serves as the Project Controls Manager at Dikita Enterprises, Inc. since April 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing standardized project controls for managing budgets, scheduling, and quality across various projects while establishing risk management policies. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions in Project Controls and as a Budget Analyst at Arlington ISD from July 2016 to April 2023. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, a Bachelor of Science in Business/Human Resource Management, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the University of North Texas. Education also includes a high school diploma from Abilene High School.
