Thuy Pham

Thuy Pham (Jennie) is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Delivery at Dikshatek since March 2023. Previously, Thuy held various positions at HR1 VIET NAM CO., LTD, including Associate Director from February 2021 to February 2023, HR Director from September 2019 to January 2021, and Senior HR Manager from March 2016 to August 2019. Prior to that, Thuy was the Head of Recruitment at HEADHUNT VIETNAM and also worked as an ESS Consultant at NetViet ltd. Thuy began career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at VK and initially worked as an Accountant cum HR and Admin Assistant at Construction and Materials Trading JSC. Thuy holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial and Banking from VNUHCM - University of Science.
