Fred Hoffman

Fred Hoffman is a Board Member at DiligenceVault. Fred has over two decades of experience in the financial industry.

Fred Hoffman began their career in finance in 1990 when they joined Alliance Capital Management as a Senior Vice President. Fred remained with the company for fifteen years, until December of 2005. During their time at AllianceBernstein, Hoffman held various positions including SVP and Managing Director / Partner.

In 2006, Hoffman became the Chief Investment Officer at Northstar Financial Services in Bermuda. The following year, they returned to the United States to join Carlton Hill Global Capital as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Hoffman remained with Carlton Hill for six years before joining Napier Park Global Capital as Managing Director / Partner in 2013.

Hoffman has been with DiligenceVault since 2018.

Fred Hoffman's educational career includes a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University and an MA in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
