David Parsons

David Parsons has over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry. David started their career as a General Manager at MPG Transport in 1987, where they hired and managed home delivery teams, office and warehouse staff, and opened new locations across the Northeast United States. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a General Manager at Penn Ridge Transportation, where they managed a cross dock, recruited contractors and employee teams for home delivery services, and handled inventory control, budget maintenance, and home damage claims settlement. Since 2012, they have been working as an Operations Manager at Diligent Delivery Systems, responsible for contractor recruitment, customer relationship building, and finding solutions for better customer profitability and efficiency. Additionally, they contribute to expanding the client base in the Pittsburgh market.
