Senior Robotics Mechanical Engineer at Diligent Robotics

Alfredo Serrato Sosa has been working in the field of robotics since 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they were an Intern at Skillpoint Alliance, where they performed database management for computer classes and helped students with course material questions or technical difficulties. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Research Engineer at The University of Texas at Austin, where they were a Mechanical design engineer for various robotic systems, including the Maestro hand rehabilitation/assistance exoskeleton, Harmony upper body rehabilitation exoskeleton, and NuFinger robotic manipulator. Additionally, they collaborated with graduate students to perform robotic research, and designed and prototyped robot parts using CNC machining and 3D printing. In 2018, they became a Robotics Mechanical Engineer at Diligent Robotics.

Alfredo Serrato Sosa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin between 2013 and 2017.
