Rebecca Pittman

Rebecca Pittman has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 with a role as a Department Manager at Foodlion LLC Store. In 2012, they moved into a Property Manager role for their own business. In 2014, they began working as a Hostess at Punch Bowl Social, where they managed in-person and telephone guest inquiries, customer service requests, and reservation bookings. In 2017, they took on a Technical Support Specialist Tier 2 role at Mood Media, providing solutions to operation issues for users of custom visual setups and multiple sound system devices. In 2021, they became a Team Lead and Technical Support Specialist - Robotics at Diligent Robotics, where they ensured product and service reliability by rapidly debugging using the appropriate methods and optimizing service wait times to the threshold of fewer than 35 minutes. Rebecca also implemented new processes and workflows based on customer/site needs, recognized bugs and design flaws, monitored and safely operated mobile service robots in a hospital environment, collected data and troubleshot in a variety of real-world situations, and deployed hardware and software updates with remote engineering instructions and support.

Rebecca Pittman attended Savannah Technical College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry.
