Shari Santos has held various roles in the medical and customer service industries since 2001. Shari began their career as a Surgical Technologist at West Boca Outpatient Surgery Center in 2001, followed by a similar role at Oakridge Outpatient Surgery Center in 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Surgical Technologist/OR Supervisor at Dr. David Felder, M.D., P.A. Shari then moved to Johnson & Johnson/SterilMed as an Account Service Representative from 2005 to 2016. Shari then took a role as a Customer Success Manager at Sentry Data Systems from 2016 to 2017, and most recently, they have been a Customer Service Specialist at Diligent Robotics since 2022.
