Chi Chan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and DevOps. Currently serving as Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering at Diligent Corporation since September 2012, Chi Chan has successfully led a global team focused on enhancing operational efficiency and developer productivity. Prior to this role, Chi Chan worked as Technical Manager at BROADRIDGE, overseeing production support for Mutual Funds marketing and communications systems, and played a crucial role in stabilizing complex web environments. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Lead Systems Engineer at Yahoo, managing corporate applications, and various consulting roles at REELSHORT/HYPNOTIC.COM and NBC News. Chi Chan holds a degree in International Relations from Connecticut College.
