Gauthami Nair

Gauthami Nair is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently, Gauthami serves as the India Lead for Customer Success at Bloomreach, a position held since July 2021. Previously, Gauthami worked as a Customer Success Manager at Liferay, Inc. and Cisco, focusing on customer satisfaction and support strategies. Gauthami also held the role of Client Relationship Manager at Hexwhale, overseeing project planning and client interactions. Gauthami began a career in technical support at Mphasis before completing a Master of Engineering from St. Joseph's College of Engineering, Chennai, and a Bachelor of Technology from Sathyabama University.
