Kayla Foley has extensive experience in research and analysis, currently serving as a Research Analyst in the Field Investigations Group at Diligent Corporation since April 2021. Prior to this, Kayla worked with Steele, now part of Diligent, as both a Full Time Analyst/Editor and a Contract Research Analyst from March 2013 to April 2021, conducting over 1500 open source investigations related to FCPA compliance for Fortune 500 companies across multiple languages and countries. Additional experience includes working as a Cultural Strategist for GeaCom, Inc., where Kayla consulted on the development of a medical device, and as a Research Assistant in the Mixed Methods Training and Evaluation Lab. Kayla's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biology and German Language and Culture from Gustavus Adolphus College.
