Libby Long

Libby Long has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Libby currently holds the role of Senior Director, Global Events at Diligent, where they play a key role in the modern governance movement. Prior to this, Libby worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as the Senior Associate and Head of Global Brand Activations and Events. Libby also held positions within the company as Lead Associate and Associate in the Global Events Strategy department. Before joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Libby worked at Gartner as an Event Production Lead for Global Conferences. Libby also had a long tenure at CEB, now Gartner, where they served as an Event Producer for various regions and held the role of Operations Specialist and Program Coordinator in Professional Services. Additionally, Libby gained event management experience at J. Scott Catering and served as a Hospitality Intern at Walt Disney World. Libby also held leadership and marketing roles at Elon University and served as the Vice President of Membership at Alpha Xi Delta. Libby began their career as a Marketing and Customer Representative Intern at Henry Wurst, Inc. With a rich background in event management, leadership, and marketing, Libby brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at Diligent.

Libby Long holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Leadership, from Elon University.
