Mila Kaminski

Mila Kaminski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on operations, strategy, and data intelligence. Currently serving as the Senior Director of ESG & Data Intelligence Operations at Diligent since March 2019, Mila contributes to the company's mission of modern governance, supporting nearly 1 million users globally. Prior to Diligent, Mila held various positions at Optum, including Director of M&A Integration Operations and Senior Associate in the same field. Additional experience includes several roles at the Advisory Board, D.K. Shifflet & Associates, and the Institute for Reproductive Health at Georgetown University. Mila's educational background includes a BA in Management with a concentration in Marketing from Manhattanville University, complemented by a semester abroad at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
