Paul Gass

Paul Gass is a seasoned leader in technology and sales within the Defense and Federal sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Diligent since November 2023, focusing on expanding Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for the US Federal Government and Department of Defense. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at CSCI Consulting, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing technological infrastructure and driving digital transformation. Paul held multiple senior executive roles at DFAS from November 2009 to January 2023, including Chief Information Officer, where oversight involved a $425 million per year budget and a global workforce of 1,400. Earlier positions include finance-related roles at the US Department of Defense and BearingPoint, alongside military service as an Attack Aviation Officer in the US Army. Paul Gass holds an MBA from Troy University and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as completion of the Senior Executive Fellows Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
