Philippa Donnelly

Philippa Donnelly is currently the Senior HR Director at Diligent, bringing extensive experience in global, technology-driven organizations. Previously, from 2019 to 2022, Philippa served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Intertek, where they designed and executed people strategies for a portfolio worth circa £35 million. Prior to that, Philippa held roles at Barclays, culminating in a Senior Human Resources Business Partner position from 2013 to 2019, where they led HR initiatives for approximately 2000 colleagues across multiple sites. Philippa holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2010.
