Paul McGrath

Paul McGrath has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR strategy and management. Paul has held various roles throughout their career, including HR Director at WE Communications and Twentieth Century Fox. Prior to that, they were an HR Director at Text100, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy across the EMEA region. Paul also served as a Senior HR Manager and HR Advisor during their time at Text100. Before joining Text100, Paul worked as an HR Advisor for Next Fifteen Communications Group plc and as an HR Executive at Text 100 Public Relations. Paul began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Financial Times Business and also gained experience as an English Language Assistant at König Wilhelm Gymnasium. Paul has a strong background in HR, including experience in talent management, compensation and benefits, and change management.

Paul McGrath earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in German and Business Management from The University of Manchester. Paul later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Chartered Member from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
