Richard Parks

Richard Parks is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Diligent since July 2018, Richard specializes in modern governance solutions through BoardEffect. Prior experience includes roles at Blackbaud from August 2016 to July 2018, where Richard advanced from Prospect Account Executive to Account Executive, driving sales and managing client relationships for nonprofit organizations. Richard also has a robust entrepreneurial background as the Owner/Operator of Boone’s Bar from April 2010 to June 2015, achieving significant sales growth. Earlier career endeavors include serving as General Sales Manager at Parks Automotive Group and a Sales Consultant, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales strategy and CRM proficiency. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from the College of Charleston.
