Stephanie Font

Stephanie Font currently serves as the Director of the Operations Optimization Group and the Director of Training for Due Diligence at Diligent, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of trainers and developing virtual training curricula for over 300 global analysts, editors, and project managers. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Head of Training at Steele Compliance Solutions, Inc., where duties included creating and managing SharePoint sites and report templates while training stakeholders on their use. Stephanie's career began at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where roles included Supervisor, Training Manager, and Research Analyst, focusing on the supervision and coordination of training initiatives for Transportation Security Officers. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
