Tom Healy

Tom Healy is an experienced professional in technical support and customer service with a strong background in governance and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support at Diligent since June 2022, Tom has contributed to modern governance technologies for a global user base. Previously, as Library IT Supervisor at the National University of Ireland, Galway, Tom led a team to enhance front desk support and interdepartmental cooperation. Tom also has experience as a Galway County Councillor, advocating for improved public service and administrative best practices. Prior roles include Support Analyst and Customer Support Engineer at Blackbay, as well as 1st line support at Reach Services E-Government Ireland. Tom holds a B.Sc. in Applied Physics and Electronics from the University of Galway, obtained in 2002.
