Viktor Culjak

Viktor Culjak is an experienced professional in customer success and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success & Services at Diligent since August 2020. In this role, Viktor leads a team focused on strategic client engagement and the successful implementation of Diligent solutions to enhance client retention and adoption. Prior to Diligent, Viktor held various positions at Galvanize, including Client Partner and Senior Manager of Data-Driven GRC, where responsibilities included managing strategic accounts and driving the adoption of GRC solutions. Viktor's earlier experience includes managerial roles at WesternOne Inc. overseeing risk and controls, and multiple positions at KPMG, where expertise in IT advisory and audit processes was developed. Educational achievements include a BCompt (Hons) in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa and a BCom in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria.
