Xiyang Sun

Xiyang Sun is a strategic HR Business Partner in the tech industry, focusing on people, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as sustainability. They have held various HR roles, including HR Volunteer at FightPandemics and standalone HR Manager at Red Scarf Limited, where they managed full employee life cycles and provided HR support. Currently, Xiyang serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Diligent, following their tenure at Conexiom. Xiyang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ocean University of China and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Manchester. They are pursuing an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services through CIPD qualifications.
