Alan Meikle

Alan Meikle is an experienced Risk Governance Manager currently leading a Line 1 Risk Governance team at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities include oversight of frameworks and support for stakeholders on vulnerable customers and training. Prior to this role, Alan accumulated extensive experience at Prudential UK in various capacities, including Risk Governance Specialist and Training & Competence Consultant, where the focus was on redesigning training frameworks and enhancing customer service through learning interventions. Additional roles at Prudential included Service Development Manager, Development & Engagement Consultant, Customer Service Manager, and Senior Customer Service Representative, showcasing a strong background in customer service management and team development. Alan holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from The University of Edinburgh and has achieved the Financial Planning Certificate and the ICS Communications Award.
