David Draper

David Draper has extensive experience in compliance and oversight, currently serving as the Compliance, Oversight and Guidance Manager at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since June 2008. In this role, David manages a team ensuring adherence to FCA regulations and supports transformation programmes. Previously, David held various compliance positions within Diligenta, including Compliance Monitoring Manager and Senior Compliance Monitoring Officer. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Business Analyst and Technical Expert at Unisys, and positions at RSA and Royal London that involved team leadership and case handling in compliance contexts. David began their career as a Financial Advisor at Britannic Assurance and managed public houses for Bass Northwest. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
