Robert Summers McIpd

Robert Summers MCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robert is currently the Head of Employee Relations & People Operations at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Capita for over a decade, holding positions such as HR Director and Head of Human Resources / Senior HR Business Partner. In these roles, they managed a team of HR professionals, provided strategic guidance on people-related matters, and oversaw various HR functions such as talent management, engagement, and rewards. Robert also served as an HR Business Partner at Virgin Money and worked as a Personnel Officer at KLM UK Engineering Limited. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in employee relations, HR strategy, and commercial HR practices.

Robert Summers MCIPD earned their BA Hons degree from the University of Brighton, where they studied for three years from 1998 to 2001. Robert then pursued further education at THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT, where they recently completed their Chartered MCIPD degree in 2017.
