Mohan Chand

Mohan Chand is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment operations and teams. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Diligente Technologies since March 2016, Mohan oversees a team of 6-8 resources and ensures smooth collaboration between offshore and local teams. Previous roles include leading US IT recruitment at ICONMA, serving as Senior Business Associate/Lead at Tech Mahindra, and holding positions at R Systems International Limited, Rose International, and Sopra Steria, where skills in end-to-end recruitment processes were honed. Mohan holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from IMT Gaziabad, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Lucknow.
