Catherine Jiang is a seasoned entrepreneur with a robust background in technology and leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Dill since 2022, Jiang focuses on automating payment and lien rights management for contractors and construction suppliers, a venture backed by Y Combinator. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as CTO of SiteTrace, which developed material ordering software for the mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing industries, and being a venture associate at Asset Management Ventures. Catherine hosted the podcast Founders Couch, highlighting inspiring student founders, and held various roles in product management and engineering at Yelp, Amazon, and Spire. Jiang is also the founder of Discere Aude, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching world languages to underprivileged students in Dallas.
