Ayaka Ikawa

Ayaka Ikawa is currently serving as a Leadership Academy Fellow at Girls Who Code, engaging in project management and technical skill development. As a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, responsibilities include supporting courses in computer science, grading, and providing student assistance. At Dillard's Inc., Ayaka works as a Software Integration Administrator, collaborating with various IT professionals to design application environments and ensure alignment with business needs. Additionally, Ayaka teaches online computer coding classes for K-12 students and offers private tutoring in computer science and other subjects. Previous experience includes roles in real estate and tutoring, complemented by an academic background consisting of a Master of Science in Computer and Information Science and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology, among other qualifications.
