Bob Daws has been with Dillards since May 1988, where significant roles include Director of IT Operations, overseeing IT architecture, infrastructure, middleware, network, information security, and 24x7 operations, as well as Director of Shared Services, managing database administration and IT strategy. Prior positions at Dillards involved managing eCommerce integration applications and leading recruiting and training efforts for IT staff. Earlier in the career, Bob Daws worked at the University of Missouri from January 1984 to May 1988 as an Information Systems Technical Trainer and Programmer/Analyst, following a role at Parkway School District as a Technical Trainer and Computer Lab Technician. Bob Daws holds a BSBA in Business Logistics and a BA in Computer Science, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
