Heidi Mackey is an accomplished professional with a background in retail and operations management. Currently serving as an Assistant Buyer for Men’s Underwear at Dillard's Inc. since July 2022, Mackey previously held the position of Operations Manager at SHADE Sunless Spa from July 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and managing a team of seven employees while developing marketing and social media strategies. Additionally, Mackey gained valuable experience as a Clinton Presidential Center Intern while working as a Retail Manager from September 2019 to May 2020. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Mackey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2020.
