Kyle Shields has accumulated diverse experience in the technology and retail sectors. They began their career at Brightstar as a Customer Advocate and later transitioned to a Quality Assurance Specialist. At TDMobility, Kyle served as a Sr. Product Manager and Sales Operations Specialist. Most recently, Kyle held the position of Development Team Lead - POS at Dillard's Inc., while also contributing as a Full Stack Developer, Assistant Area Manager, and Team Supervisor.
