Paul Mather

Paul Mather serves as Chief Operating Officer at both Ikiru People and Dillistone Group Plc since January 2020, while also holding the position of Operations Director at Voyager Software Ltd since September 1999. Mather has progressed through various roles at Voyager, including Customer Service Director and Support Manager, overseeing teams and managing support and implementation. Mather's early career includes an undergraduate placement at the Police Scientific Development Branch, contributing to several projects and publications.
