Autumnrose Fielding

Autumnrose Fielding has extensive work experience in various roles. Autumnrose began their career as a Business Affairs Liaison at St. Jerome's University in 2018, where they worked closely with the Student Union. In the same year, they also gained experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant (Student) at Giesbrecht, Griffin, Funk & Irvine LLP.

In 2019, Autumnrose joined Activa as a Sales Support Student, where they provided assistance in sales activities. Autumnrose continued their journey at Activa and transitioned into the role of a Human Resources Assistant in 2021. Autumnrose excelled in this position and was promoted to the role of Human Resources Coordinator in April 2022. Autumnrose carried out various HR responsibilities, and their exceptional performance led their to join Dillon Consulting Limited in January 2023 in the same role.

Autumnrose Fielding completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies & Sociology at the University of Waterloo from 2017 to 2021. Autumnrose then pursued a Diploma in Human Resources Management at McMaster University from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including being a member of the Toronto Chapter of HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) starting from May 2023, HR Recruiting Communication Strategies to Attract and Retain Top Talent from LinkedIn in February 2022, How to Design and Deliver Training Programs from LinkedIn in February 2022, a panel on Research Ethics: TCPS2 Ethical Conduct for Research from the University of Waterloo in January 2019, and Basic First Aid and CPR from the Canadian Red Cross in September 2015.
