Jake Taylor

Jake Taylor, P.Eng. is an experienced structural engineer currently working as an Associate and Team Manager at Dillon Consulting Limited since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jake spent over a decade at Varcon Inc., ascending from Structural Associate to Regional Director of Western Operations, focusing on structural steel design and analysis of tower components across Canada. Earlier experience includes a position as a Student Associate at Stantec, where Jake gained expertise in geotechnical testing, and previous student work at Varcon Inc. Jake holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University and has completed leadership and communication training through Dale Carnegie Training, complemented by a Certificate of Applied Science from Acadia University.
