Mark Brobbel

Mark Brobbel has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of environmental and project management.

Mark started their career in 1993 at Queen's University, where they worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant until 1995.

In 1996, they joined Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) as a Biologist/Crew Leader for a brief period.

The following year, they joined Aurora College as an Instructor before transitioning to Dillon Consulting Limited in 1997. At Dillon Consulting, they held various roles, including Biologist, Office Manager, and Practice Leader, Natural Environment Management, until 2012.

In 2012, they joined Stantec Consulting as a Principal/Discipline Lead for Environmental Services until 2014.

Mark returned to Dillon Consulting Limited in 2014, where they served as the Deputy Sector Leader/Industry & Real Estate until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Partner/Director, Project Management at Dillon Consulting Limited.

Mark Brobbel has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biology from Queen's University. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Honours degree in Biology from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a LEED AP from the Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
