Mzee Dillon

Mzee Dillon is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Dillon Morgan Consulting in the United States. Mzee has over eight years of experience leading change and improvement management initiatives across various industries.

Dillon started their career at Ericsson in 2011 as the Head of Change and Improvement Management Competence. In this role, they were responsible for developing and deploying Lean Six Sigma methodology and improvement tools across Ericsson North America. Mzee also led a team of Change Leaders who advised and coached various teams on deploying strategic initiatives across the company.

In 2014, Dillon established the Improvement ePMO function which yielded a Proces Improvement Project Portfolio Management process to successfully drive Market wide Transformation. Mzee also led the change management strategy behind an enterprise-wide initiative that yielded a return of over $40 million annually.

In 2017, Dillon took on the role of Process Integration workstream as part of the Strategic Initiative on Customer Obsession. This resulted in a positive impact to Customer Experience and revenue growth. Mzee also enabled visibility and traceability to $200 million of poor quality on the North American Market P&L.

Most recently, Dillon has been driving Strategic Innovation and Improvement Initiatives from conception to implementation impacting various departments such as Sales, Delivery - Operations, Supply, Human Resources, Finance, etc.

Mzee Dillon is a certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Ericsson), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Mzee has an Executive Education in Leading Organizational Change from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, and a Computer Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of North Texas. Mzee Dillon also has a High School Diploma in General Studies from Duncanville High School.
