Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer at SMART Technologies since July 2010, actively contributing to the development of hardware for innovative DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Prior experience includes roles as a Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies, where firmware and diagnostic tools were developed, and as an Electronics Contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, focusing on electronics design for educational devices. Additional roles include Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, supporting student labs, and Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, where control systems for the forestry industry were developed. Chris Nicol holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
