Mikael Fagerholm

Mikael Fagerholm is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Raute Corporation since December 2023, focusing on digital transformation and IT optimization. Mikael has held multiple leadership roles, including M&A Lead at TGC Capital Partners and CEO of Gateway Digital OY, where the emphasis was on creating insight-driven business models and facilitating digital change. As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at School Day Helsinki Oy, Mikael fostered a culture of innovation and engaged directly with clients. Prior to these roles, Mikael was Head of Development at ADITRO, overseeing software development and service delivery, and held various management positions at BasWare Oyj. Mikael holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Hanken School of Economics.
