Lucina Tse

Lucina is the Chief Operations Officer at Dimagi, as well as the Managing Director of Dimagi’s Global Strategy and Operations Division. In this role, Lucina leads all facets of Dimagi’s Business as well as People Operations, including finance, legal, people operations, and domestic and international operations. Prior to Dimagi, she's had experience in electrical engineering and consulting for both growing businesses as well as small social impact start-ups. Lucina holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Bachelors in Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
