Kurt Bernier

Kurt Bernier has extensive work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Kurt started their career in 1988 at Ryan Homes, where they held various positions including Assistant Superintendent, Sales Representative, Costing Manager, Production Manager, General Manager of Sales, Regional Production Manager, and eventually Division Manager. Kurt worked for the company for 20 years, during which they gained valuable experience in Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Rochester. In 2008, Kurt joined Dimarco Group as Vice President of Field Operations, where they are currently responsible for overseeing various operations and holds the LEED Green Associate certification.

Kurt Bernier obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Penn State University between the years 1983 and 1987. Kurt also holds a LEED Green Associate certification from GBCI, which they obtained in 2011.
