Lauren Bondad

Lauren Bondad has diverse work experience in project management and product operations. Starting with Smiles of St George in 2015, they worked as a Senior Data Coordinator until 2018. Lauren then founded Lit by Lo, LLC, where they served as the Founder & Product Operations Manager from 2018 to 2022. Lauren's next role was with Devfinity as an IT Project Manager, where they worked from August 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are employed at DIME Beauty Co as a Technical Project Manager, starting in February 2023.

Lauren Bondad obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Dixie State University in 2018. Lauren is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, with an expected completion in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Lauren has obtained several certifications. In July 2022, they received the CompTIA Data+ ce certification from CompTIA. Lauren also obtained the Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner certifications from Scrum.org during the same month and year.
