Brian Ecker

Brian Ecker has a range of experience in the banking and auditing industry. Brian most recently worked as the Vice President Internal Audit at Dime Community Bank starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at BNY Mellon from February 2014 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Compliance Auditor at Astoria Federal Savings from October 2011 to January 2014. Brian also served as an Audit Officer at State Bank of Long Island from June 2009 to October 2011, and as a Senior Staff Auditor at Capital One Bank (formerly North Fork Bank) from May 2004 to June 2009.

Brian Ecker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John's University. Brian also holds several additional certifications, including a Certification in Risk Management Assurance, a Certified Internal Auditor certification, and a Certified Internal Controls Auditor certification.
