Evan Kroll has a diverse work experience in the banking and real estate industry. Evan started their career as an Asset Management Intern at Barings Real Estate Advisers in 2016, where they gained experience in investment analysis, lease analysis, and market research. Evan then joined Flushing Bank as an Analyst in 2017, where they were responsible for reviewing commercial real estate loans and assessing credit quality. In 2019, Evan joined Bank Leumi USA and held several roles, including Assistant Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President, Special Loans Associate, Assistant Treasurer, Special Loans Associate, and Bank Officer, Special Loans Associate. Evan gained valuable experience in asset-based lending portfolio management and special loans.
