John Filipski

John Filipski is the Vice President of Total Rewards at Dime Community Bank. Prior to this, John held the position of Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards at Affinity Health Plan for over a decade. John's extensive experience in human resources includes being VP/Manager at Congress Financial (Wachovia), where John worked for over 15 years. John earned a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
