Kendro Benjamin has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Kendro started their career at Commerce Bank as an AVP in 2002 and worked there until 2007. Kendro then moved on to Sovereign Bank as a Portfolio Manager from 2008 to 2010. After that, they joined Savoy Bank as a Senior Underwriter from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Kendro joined Biz2Credit LLC as a Director and worked there until 2013. Kendro then joined New York Business Development Corporation as a Regional Community Loan Program Manager from 2013 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Kendro worked at Customers Bank as an SBA Regional Director. Kendro then joined Bridgehampton National Bank (BNB) as an Equipment Finance Specialist from 2016 to 2017.

In 2018, Kendro founded their own company, KAB Capital Advisor, where they worked as the Owner until 2019. During their time there, they focused on helping small and medium-sized business owners secure loans in niche industries.

Currently, Kendro is working at Dime Community Bank as an SBA Business Development Officer, a position they have held since 2019.

Kendro Benjamin started their education at Suffolk County Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued an Associates of Science degree in General studies. Kendro later attended Indiana State University - Scott College of Business from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
