Michael Maloney

Michael Maloney is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Director Senior Vice President at Dime Community Bank since April 2024, Maloney previously held the position of Senior Vice President Group Director at Flagstar Bank from March 2023 to April 2024. Prior to that, Maloney worked at Signature Bank as Group Director - Senior Vice President from April 2017 to April 2024 and at Hudson Valley Bank as Executive Vice President & Chief Banking Officer from February 1993 to April 2017. Maloney has been a member of the Bank's Board of Directors since 2006. In addition to banking expertise, Maloney has legal experience as an attorney at Gainsburg & Hirsch, LLP from 1997 to 1999. Education includes a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a B.S. in Finance & Economics from Manhattan University.
