Santa ReDavid has a diverse work experience history. They started their career in 2012 at Morgan Stanley, where they worked as a Business Manager/Analyst for six years until 2018. After that, they joined Grandview Brokerage as a Loss Control Specialist / Claims Auditor from 2018 to 2020. They then transitioned to the role of Officer - Identity and Access Management Specialist (IAM) at Dime Community Bank from December 2020 to March 2023. Currently, Santa ReDavid holds the position of Vice President - Director of IT Risk & Governance at Dime Community Bank from March 2023.

Santa ReDavid attended Belmont Abbey College from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
