Theresa M. has a strong background in commercial real estate lending, with over 16 years of experience in credit and lending. Theresa started their career as a Commissions Analyst and worked their way up to Vice President roles in various companies. Theresa currently holds the position of Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer at Dime Community Bank, following a merger with BNB Bank in February 2021. Throughout their career, Theresa has demonstrated expertise in evaluating loan risks, analyzing borrower draw requests, originating and managing commercial real estate portfolios, and underwriting commercial loans. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University.
