David Faustina

David Faustina has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2004, they served as the Executive Director (Volunteer) for Northern California Youth Leadership, leading the organization through a change management process. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Monster as a Certified Speaking Professional, delivering programs on career and professional development. At Trinity Lutheran Church, they served as the Director of Youth Ministries from 2003 to 2008, implementing a change management process and creating a mentor training program. From 2009 to 2012, they also worked as the Managing Director at Willows Theatre Company, and during their tenure, the organization achieved the prestigious CBS5 Best of the Bay Award. From 2013 to 2016, they held various leadership positions at Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, spearheading revenue growth and earning grant funding. In 2016, they founded Give Today LA, a platform connecting local non-profit communities. Since 2017, they have been the Managing Partner at IF Creative, LLC, offering digital solutions for non-profits. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Dimecoin Network.

David Faustina attended Pepperdine University from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Political Science and Government. During their time at Pepperdine, they did not obtain a specific degree. In 2008, David obtained a certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from Kona University- Empowerment Partnership. David also obtained a certification in Donor Perfect Database, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
