Eric Viele has extensive experience in architectural technology and education, currently serving as the Director of Digital Technology at DiMella Shaffer since 2005, and previously held the role of CAD Manager. Eric also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Suffolk University from 2006 to May 2012. Prior professional experience includes positions as Job Captain and CAD Manager at Kallmann McKinnell & Wood Architects Inc. from 1998 to 2005, where Eric was responsible for organizing drawing sets, overseeing project development, and managing the transition to Architectural Desktop. Before that, Eric worked as an Associate Designer at Freeman French Freeman Inc. on the Burlington International Airport project and began the career as an Intern Architect at Kallmann McKinnell & Wood Architects, Inc., focusing on construction administration for the University of Kentucky Library. Eric holds an Associates degree in Architectural Engineering and Building Technologies from Vermont Technical College and has educational experience from Boston Architectural College and the University of Vermont.
